字幕AI调轴工具
1. 假设原视频中含内封字幕，则从中抽取内封字幕，自动选取一条最佳字幕作为调轴基准。
2. 假设原视频中不含任何字幕的话，则从中抽取音频，语音识别后作为调轴基准。
3. 然后根据调轴基准，AI自动调整外挂字幕的时间轴。
4. 对调轴基准的语言没有任何限制。
5. 有多种模型可以选。
6. 所有流程都是自动化流水线作业。只需把目录拖进去就可以了。
同一小组发布的视频，即使分辨率不同，字幕可能通用。
而不同小组发布的视频，即使是同一分辨率，字幕时间轴也可能会存在一些差异。
一条字幕通吃所有发布小组所有分辨率的情况存在，但概率比较小。
发布者只能说是匹配自己手上已有的视频。至于其它视频能否匹配，则只能由使用者自己得出结论。
没有4k视频，也没有调轴工具，当然做不出4k适配字幕。但是有的人就是敢声称自己的字幕一招鲜吃遍天通吃所有分辨率，甚至恶劣到对4k字幕发布者人身攻击。
其实，现在AI翻也不是一件门槛很高的事。最多二分钟一集翻完，润色一下10分钟搞定。没那么金贵。

没想到有人也做了同样的事，我还做了帧率检测、不同播出平台、压制版本的字幕规范化统一，甚至还自适应不同版本广告断点判断、彩蛋判断、内嵌同语种字幕的对齐索引，差异部分字幕的增删策略、增加部分字幕的自动翻译和翻译要素一致化标准。但越做越发现不确定的情况好多，越没有通用性，只能适可而止了。多交流
