剧情：隨和開朗的田中玉子（真木陽子 飾）曾供職於一間大男子主義盛行的餐飲公司，因爲不滿老闆（杉本哲太 飾）及負責人對高中時代友人及其的壓迫和羞辱，玉子在惹出騷動後毅然離開該公司。此後她租下前公司所屬的西式餐廳附近一座建築的屋頂，並且召集來異裝癖的基佬海地（安田顯 飾）、恐懼人 類的社長千金雨木千佳（松岡茉優 飾）、曾經打工時的夥伴烏森奈奈美（YOU 飾）、被前夫貶到一文不值的主婦三千院鏡子（臼田麻美 飾）、八面玲瓏的心機女藍裏（高畑充希 飾）以及自視甚高的東大喪服女新田結實（二階堂富美 飾），準備開一家西式料理餐廳，向對門的敵人們發起挑戰。 幾經波折，名爲Bistro Fou的露天餐廳終於悄然開張，而這幾個失敗組的女性還將有很長的一段路要走……

Plot：Tanaka Tamako had been working for a male-dominated restaurant business but was betrayed by her boyfriend who was hired as the chef. In addition, she is taken to the police as a result of an incident she caused because her friend Fujimura Satsuki was subjected to sexual harassment. Tamako resigns from her unreasonable company and starts a bistro selling homemade pot-au-feu on a rooftop in an alley in Jingumae, Tokyo. This is the story of females who are labeled write-offs and the restaurant they have established in order for them to get out from life's abyss. They battle difficulties and search for ways to change their lives as they experience the joys of work. This is a problem restaurant because they are all females with problems, but it is certainly not lousy. The women who have a common enemy - men, and the restaurant unites them in a fight to the death.
