剧情：雙頭犬是希臘神話中的怪物，尾巴是一條蛇。它是克託尼俄斯怪物厄客德娜及提豐所生下的怪物。 他們是兩名擁有正與邪對立特殊能力的男子。龍崎臣司（瀧澤秀明 飾）的手有治癒所有傷病的能力，可以說他有着“神之手”，但是他心懷不軌，喜歡憑藉自己的特殊能力將別人玩弄於鼓掌之中。中學教師碧井涼介（錦戶亮 飾）心地善良，卻擁有一觸殺人的特殊能力。被他觸摸後死亡的人都表現爲猝死的症狀，可以說它是擁有“惡魔之手”的人。兩個本來絕對不應該相見的人，卻因爲女警察長谷部渚（水川麻美 飾）的出現而相遇了。絕對不能相遇的2位男子，如同被打開的潘多拉的盒子。神與惡魔相遇之時，預告着宿命的決戰的開始。命運的抉擇果真錯了嗎？

Plot：Ryuzaki Shinji who possesses a God Hand, the power to heal wounds and illnesses just by touching the patient, is in fact a dark introvert who does not reveal his true self to others. Aoi Ryosuke who possesses the Demon's Hand, the power to kill a person just by touching him, is as kind and pure as an angel. When the demon meets the God, a fatal battle begins... Detective Hasebe Nagisa gets caught by the criminals during a deep cover operation. Ryosuke, a man she does not even know comes to save her and she witnesses his Demon's Hand in action. Thereafter she discovers by coincidence the existence of Shinji's God Hand and brings the two together. Little did she know that this would cause great disorder to the world and even to her own life.
