剧情：導演本職為醫師，在醫院執業時，認識了許多優秀的護理人員，無論是已具專業證照的護理師，或是在學中的實習護生，無一不為了病患的健康而努力著，但在共事過程中，卻發現有許多人正面臨著長期且相似的困境：超時工作、健康受損、日夜班交錯、難以兼顧家庭、專業不受尊重、護病衝突頻繁…等使其身心俱疲，甚至萌生轉換職業的念頭。臺灣每年培育約15，000名護理生，畢業後順利考取證照的合格護理師約有7，000多名。
