剧情：流坦（Sunny Suwanmethanon 饰）个性内向而又害羞，某日，在新生交流会上，他结识了热情而又开朗的达坎妲（Siraphan Wattanajinda 饰），随着时间的推移，流坦发现自己渐渐爱上了个性和自己截然相反的达坎妲，然而，达坎妲却和流坦最好的朋友项连开始了交往。流坦选择将这份感情埋藏在心底。 　　一场意外中，流坦摔断了腿，住进了医院，因此结识了名为奴依（Maneerat Kham-uan 饰）的美丽护士，在精心照料流坦的过程中，这个内秀的男孩渐渐吸引了奴依的注意，奴依深深的爱上了他。然而，奴依知道，流坦的心中早已经有了无法忘怀的女孩，无奈之下，她亦选择了和流坦同样的方式，埋葬这段不为人知的的爱情。
