剧情：辛苦打工賺錢的高尼（曹承佑飾）工資低微，但性格好強的他不甘於貧窮。有一天，他輸光了所有的錢，發現被老千所耍。氣憤的他去理論，遇到了老千高手平京長（白潤植飾），爲了學到高超的賭術，高尼費盡心思拜平京長爲師，並保證贏回一定數額就洗手不幹。 終於，學有所成的高尼出山後，開始了老千生涯。最初他是想把輸掉的錢贏回來，但是人的慾望是沒有止境的，他違背了當初許下的承諾，同時他的出色賭技引起了美女鄭老闆（金惠秀飾）的賞識，並與另一位老千開始了合作。一輪又一輪的賭局中，高尼迎來了生死之戰。
