剧情：座頭市在旅館遇上一病危少婦，受託帶其兒子良到前原宿尋父。途中，二人遇上身份神祕的赤冢，並領教了其高超劍術。抵達目的地，盲俠發現孩子的父親莊吾受當地惡霸權造的威迫，從事不法勾當。此時，赤冢也暴露他朝庭官員的身份，並要將莊吾繩之於法。盲俠爲了良的將來，被迫拔出佩劍與赤冢一戰……
