无法下载字幕的办法

我刚刚在下载僵尸世界大战字幕的时候发现一直无法下载，只有一个压缩的字幕文件可以下载，但是那个字幕不匹配无法使用。
用谷歌浏览器排查了半天还是不行，用edg浏览器的时候才发现问题出现在字幕类型，如果下载的字幕是直接.ass或.srt格式的文件的话，电脑自带的防护软件会归为病毒，导致无法下载，（我电脑上的是迈克菲软件），所以建议管理员审核上传字幕的时候只让上传压缩文件，所以出个提醒电脑有可能把字幕提示为病毒导致无法下载。
