Thats the source, it was sold to HDHUB4UTV, and they released it as Captain America Brave New World 2025 2160p WEB-DL DD5 1 H 264-HDHub4uTv, you can even find this release on here
However it had a big watermark all throughout the video. We took that video and removed the watermark as best we could, there is still a 10 second spot with the logo that we missed at 1:10:05, that we missed on accident
So no, this is not a CAM; the video has just been through a lot
Its a DCP-WEBRIP that fits the title more, but we didn't know the official source until after release, and since HDHUB4U released it as a WEB-DL we just assumed it was a WEB-DL until another uploader informed us what the actual source was
If you cant tell this isnt a CAM, then I dont know what to tell you
Yes its not the best quality, but it isn't a CAM and Im tired of making this comment every time someone makes this claim
